Cameltoefigure Skating





The first day of Unleavened Bread, when they sacrificed the Passover, the disciples said to Jesus: "Where do you want us to go and prepare, that thou mayest eat the Passover?". He sent two of his disciples, telling them: "Go into the city and you will meet a man carrying a pitcher of water follow it. There he enters, say to the landlord: "The Master says: Where is my room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?". He will show you a large upper room furnished and ready; there prepared dinner for us. "The disciples set out and went into town and found everything as had told them and prepared the Passover. While they were eating, he took bread and said the blessing, broke it and gave it to them, saying, "Take, this is my body." Then he took a cup and given thanks, he gave them and they all drank. He said to them: 'This is my blood of the covenant which is shed for many. Verily I say I do not ever drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God. " After singing the hymn, they went to the Mount of Olives.

today we celebrate the Body and Blood of Christ .
sometimes our concern over the Sunday Mass, seems to fall all over the bread and wine consecrated as the Body and Blood of Christ, while we pay little attention to the Body of Christ who is the community that is celebrating. Our mentality is deeply rooted conception of the Mass as a personal, almost magical, with God who can "touch" in particular that we receive communion. Our Masses are becoming more like a quick business lunches, where you try to eat alone and without too many ties with those who are near ... (read more here
